We believe in radical transparency. You shouldn’t have to book a sales call just to find out what you’re actually going to learn.

The training market is full of “AI Gurus” selling fluff—3-hour lectures on the “Future of Humanity” or “How AI will take your job.” That’s interesting over a beer, but it’s useless in the office.

Our flagship workshop, “AI at Work: Work Smarter, Safer”, is different. It is a live, interactive, technical (but accessible) lab designed specifically for UK businesses.

Here is the exact breakdown of how we spend the 3.5 hours, and what your team will walk away with.

Section 1: Foundations & The CLEAR Framework (60 Mins)

We start by stripping away the hype. We don’t talk about “Terminator” scenarios. We talk about what the tool is today.

  • The Business Case: Why AI literacy is a necessity, not a luxury. We show the quantifiable time savings (ROI) possible with today’s models.
  • Demystifying Jargon: We explain LLMs (Large Language Models), Generative AI, and Machine Learning in plain English. No maths, just concepts.
  • Capabilities & Limitations: A realistic look at what AI is good for (summarising, drafting, coding) and what it is terrible at (facts, recent news, spatial reasoning).
  • The CLEAR Framework: This is our core module. We teach our proprietary method for Prompt Engineering. Participants learn to structure prompts using Context, Logic, Expectations, Adjust, and Refine.
  • Live Practice: Everyone opens their laptop and writes their first structured prompt on a live case study.

Section 2: The Hands-On Lab (60 Mins)

This is where the rubber meets the road. We leave the theory behind and tackle three real-world business scenarios.

  • Exercise 1: Client Communications: We take a tense email from an unhappy client. Participants use AI to draft a response that is empathetic, firm, and professional. We explore how to adjust “Tone” using the AI.
  • Exercise 2: Deep Summarisation: We take a dense 20-page pdf report. Participants learn the workflow to extract specific insights, map the content, and generate an executive brief in under 3 minutes.
  • Exercise 3: Creative Ideation: We use the AI as a “Sparring Partner” to brainstorm marketing angles or strategic risks. We teach the “Devil’s Advocate” prompt to challenge groupthink.

Section 3: Safety & Compliance (45 Mins)

This is the most critical section for your Risk & Compliance teams. We teach how to use these powerful tools without burning the house down.

  • Hallucinations: We demonstrate AI lying in real-time. We teach the “Trust But Verify” workflow to spot when the AI is making things up.
  • Bias Awareness: We show examples of gender and cultural bias in AI outputs and teach how to prompt to neutralise it.
  • UK GDPR & Data Safety: We introduce the Red / Yellow / Green data classification system. Staff leave knowing exactly what data is “Red Light” (PII, Secrets) and must never be pasted, and what is “Green Light” (Public info).

Section 4: Integration & Future-Proofing (30 Mins)

We finish by turning skills into habits.

  • The “Co-Pilot” Mindset: Identifying the “boring” parts of your specific job that AI can automate tomorrow.
  • Personal Opportunity Audit: Each participant maps out 3 tasks they will use AI for next week.
  • Staying Current: A curated list of newsletters and resources (like this blog!) to keep up with the pace of change.
  • 30-Day Action Plan: We don’t just say goodbye. We provide a structured plan for the month following the training to ensure the skills stick.

The Takeaways

We don’t do meaningless “attendance certificates”. Participants leave with physical, usable tools:

  1. The CLEAR Reference Guide: A one-pager for their desk to remind them of the prompt structure.
  2. Laminated Data Safety Card: The Red/Yellow/Green rules for data protection.
  3. Prompt Library: A digital file of 15 highly effective templates for HR, Sales, and Admin.
  4. Confidence: The ability to use AI without fear.

Is your team ready? We offer this training virtually (Zoom/Teams) or in-person at your UK offices. We can tailor the case studies to your specific industry (Law, Finance, Tech, etc.).
